I followed all her recommendations on prepping the house (repainting the interior, taking down all curtains), finding repairmen, setting the listing price, negotiating with the buyers and the results were truly amazing. Her staging of the house was perfect. I told her my fiscal goals on day one and she ensured I surpassed them. One of the hardest workers I’ve ever encountered. Managed the closing and care of the house while I was on the mainland. Responded to texts whether at 4am or 10 pm. No one could have done better for me than she did. And she made the process fun. "Big things come in small packages," is an old saying, applies to her. She sold my first home, helped me downsize for my retirement. I decided to move to an outer island. Jessel came in and worked her magic. My property went on the market 4/8/2025 and it was sold, over asking price, by 5/8/2025.
